1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Growrior website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.

2. Services

Growrior provides digital growth consulting, marketing audits, and execution services ("Growth OS"). All services are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All content, software, frameworks (including Growth OS), and designs on our website are the exclusive property of Growrior.
Client IP: Strategies and deliverables created specifically for a client under a paid contract are owned by the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the specific MSA.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website for internal business purposes.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Payment & Billing

Fees for our services are set forth in the applicable Statement of Work. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your contract. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., specific ROI or revenue targets) as market conditions vary.
As-Is Basis: Our website and free resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growrior's liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the prior 6 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growrior and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
